「FORM-007利用マニュアル」～Access版 年維持雑作業 数量集計システム～
このマニュアルは、2015年10月1日に作成されたFORM-007 利用マニュアル Office2003 ver3.1を Office2007 以降での記述に改めたものである。
新機能として、Ｐ３９より集計結果のグラフによる描画機能の操作手順を追加した。

■拡張性と将来性 本システムに登録する末端の個票データと言えるもの、すなわち個々の雑作業レコードには、すべてＣＣＭＳ番号が記録されます。単一工事のデータを扱うことから、その個々のレコードにＣＣＭＳ番号を記録することは、無駄に思えるかもしれません。
しかし、これはある受注者の複数の年度のデータの解析（＝単年度ごとにデータを保存する必要は無い）を可能にします。さらには、複数の受注主者のデータ（全道の維持除雪工事受注者のデータも可能）をひとつのデータに結合し、様々な調査ものに対応することも考えた拡張性が有るのです。
将来的にこのシステムが通常進化してゆくならば、専用のアプリケーションで動作するクラウド型のデータベースシステムへの過渡的措置と捉えられます。このAccessデータベースからクラウド型データベースに容易に移行することが可能なように、雑作業の個々のレコードにＣＣＭＳ番号を記録しているのです。

（２）ファイルは２つの構成からなります。（複雑に思えるでしょうが、単なるオフィスソフトです。中身も単純な構成で贅肉がありません。）
ア ＦＥ（フロントエンド）：入力、プリントやExcel形式を出力したりするものです。各自のPCに置くことにより複数のユーザが同時に入力作業が可能です。（次頁システム構成概要を参照）
イ ＢＥ（バックエンド）：データを蓄積するものです。各社のサーバーや共有ＨＤに置きます。
（３）ＦＥとＢＥを結びつけるために、「リンクテーブルマネジャー」（Accessの基本機能）で各社ごとに設定する必要があります。
（４）ＦＥは壊れても一向にかまいませんが、ＢＥが壊れると大変なことになります。これが有効ならば、単年度ではなく複数年同一のＢＥを使い続けることになります。ただし、バックアップのルールは確立する必要があります。
（５）ＦＥは、状況にあわせバージョンアップします。これは、随時ホームページにて更新します。 ※ＦＥ及びＢＥのファイル名は決して変更しないでください。
（６）ＢＥをバージョンアップすることは基本的にありません。永年使い続けることになります。（ＢＥを修正する際は、少額の修正費用が生じる場合があります。）
（７）事業執行の報告時は、受注者からＢＥのみを監督員が受取り、サーバ等に保存します。 監督員のＦＥからそのＢＥにリンクし使用します。
【重要】個々に提供したＢＥをコピーし、他の受注者へ渡す行為（横流し）は認めません。 ◆
